    • In-Person: During property inspections (Open Homes) and face-to-face meetings.
    • Digital Forms: Through our website, property portals (e.g., realestate.com.au, Domain), and electronic tenancy application platforms.

    • Third Parties: From referees, employers, and credit reporting bodies (with your consent).
  4. Why We Collect and Use Your Information
    We use your information for the following primary purposes:

    • Service Delivery: To list, market, and sell properties or to manage tenancies.
    • Safety & Security: To record attendees at Open Homes for the security of the vendor’s property.
    • Verification: To verify the identity of buyers, sellers, and tenants as required by law (including AML/CTF 2026 requirements).
    • Marketing: To provide you with updates on the property market or available listings (you may opt-out at any time).

    We may disclose your information to third parties where necessary, including:

    • Service Providers: Maintenance contractors, photographers, and professional cleaners.
    • Portals & Advertising: Real estate listing websites and social media platforms.

    • Tenancy Databases: For checking or reporting tenant history (in accordance with tenancy laws).
